muganga.ai is an information site about our company and the products we are building. It carries a surveillance summary republished from reports issued by public health bodies.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or official public health guidance. It does not replace the judgement of a qualified clinician or the instructions of your national health authority. If you are making an operational or clinical decision, work from the primary situation reports and your competent authority not from a summary, ours included.

We do not generate epidemiological data and we do not estimate it. The figures published here come from reports by the World Health Organization, the ECDC, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other bodies, cited with their date and a link to the original document.

These figures move. A number that was accurate when published may be out of date by the time you read it. We update the site as new reports appear, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of republished data, and we are not responsible for the content of the underlying reports.

The text, illustrations, diagrams, code, design and the Muganga name on this site are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page. You may not reproduce a substantial part of the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership that does not exist, without our written permission.

Epidemiological data republished here remains the property of the bodies that publish it and is subject to their own terms.

Do not use this site for unlawful activity, to attempt access to systems or data you have no right to, to scrape content at a scale that degrades the service, to introduce malicious code, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a form.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules.

When you complete a form on this site, you authorise us to contact you about your enquiry. We handle that information under our Privacy Policy.

Do not send identifiable health data a patient name, a clinical record, a test result through a form on this site. These forms are not built for that. If you need to share clinical data, write to us first and we will agree an appropriate channel and a written agreement.

These terms cover the website. Access to the Muganga Riposte platform, to MugangaConnect or to Elimu is governed by a separate agreement with your facility, your health zone or your supervising authority, which takes precedence over this document for anything concerning use of the platform.

This site links to reports and websites we do not operate. Those links exist so you can check our sources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

We use third-party providers to host the site and deliver form messages. Their role is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or continuous availability.

We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muganga, its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where that is the case they apply to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Muganga against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If you access the site from another country, you remain responsible for complying with applicable local law.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions stay in full force. A failure to enforce a right at any time is not a waiver of that right.

We may update these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Where a change is material we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the version then in force.
