We collect the minimum needed to answer you. We do not sell your data. There is no advertising tracker, no social pixel and no analytics tool on this site.

What you type into a form: name, organisation, role, work email, country, the organisation type or topic you select, and the message you write.

Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter.

Technical logs generated automatically by our host: IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp. These keep the site running and help us spot abuse.

We never ask for identifiable health data through this site, and we ask you not to send any through a form.

This site sets one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you read in French or English. It holds no personal identifier and does nothing but serve you the right language. It lasts a year and you can delete it from your browser at any time.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

The legal basis is your consent when you complete a form or subscribe, and our legitimate interest in running a secure site for the technical logs.

Resend, an email delivery service, which carries form messages to our inbox and where we have switched that on keeps your name and email as a contact so we can find your enquiry again. It processes both on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

The website holds no patient data. This section describes our practice where we do work with clinical records, because a health company should be able to state it plainly.

Clinical records belong to the facility that holds them. Any work involving them happens under a written agreement with that facility, setting out what may be stored, where, and for how long.

Records are de-identified as they are processed. The dataset stays with the facility.

Riposte, in its public form, runs entirely on aggregate data already published by public health bodies.

Form messages: up to twenty-four months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Technical logs: thirty days at most.

You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, or object to processing.

Write to celuiquisoigne@gmail.com and we respond within thirty days. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Depending on where you live, you may also complain to a data protection authority.

We are incorporated in the United States and operate from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and our providers may process data in other countries. By writing to us you accept that your information may be processed in those countries, whose data protection rules may differ from those where you live.

This site is for professionals and is not directed at anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to received messages is limited to the people on the team who need it. No system is perfectly secure: do not send sensitive information through a web form.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is at the top of the page, and we will flag any material change on the site.
